ROCKIN’ HULA LUAU

Surf’s up, so grab your long board, hang loose, and get ready for the most rockin’ tropical happy hour this side of Waikiki Beach! Our Rockin’ Hula Luau is equal parts passion, participation, and productivity. After teams compete in our “Kowabunga Kick-Off Challenge,” they’re ranked. Based upon that, teams choose which Polynesian fare they’ll be creating, and serving, at their tiki huts. Additionally, each team builds a façade of its tiki hut, creates a team/hut name and logo, and prepares a publicity presentation proving why it’s the best. All of this occurs while they’re simultaneously using their mixology skills to create the winning “Premier Polynesian Punch.” Aloha!
