In the past few years, escape rooms have become the latest craze in immersive, interactive entertainment. “Trapped” in a room, participants must solve a series of puzzles, riddles, and challenges in order to “escape” before the last grains of sand fall through the hourglass. In addition to “getting out,” teams are tasked with solving the “who, what, when, where, and why” within the scene of the crime. With thousands of escape rooms worldwide, the options seem limitless, BUT you have to go to them. The Great Escape comes to you!

Escape #2: “Hostile Takeover”
There’s an intruder in your conference room! While Hans McCarthy, who has set up a makeshift office in your conference room, looks like an upstanding businessman, in reality, he’s in the process of conducting a hostile takeover of your company! Your team has been hired by a private investigator who is conducting a secret investigation for your company’s CEO. Your job is to uncover Mr. McCarthy’s hidden secrets, so that you may expose him for the fraud he is. Currently, he is at a lunch meeting with several international investors. His table reservation time was 5 minutes ago and he’s quite the schmoozer, so he doesn’t need a lot of time to “hook” people. You have 75 minutes to do what you need to do and escape before he returns, or you won’t be paid for your services. Furthermore, if you don’t succeed, McCarthy surely will, taking over the company, ousting your CEO, and shattering the company as you know it . . . are you ready for unemployment?
