BLANKETS & BOOKS & BEARS

Do you remember your first teddy bear? Was it brown? Was it black? Was it even a bear? Did you have a childhood blanket that was your safety net? Sadly, many children don’t have these two simple, comforting items in their lives. That’s where you come in! Blankets & Books & Bears is our socially responsible experience benefiting younger, underprivileged children. Participants are tasked with a variety of mental and physical challenges in order to earn fleece, bear “skins,” stuffing, and tools that they’ll use to lovingly fashion knot blankets and teddy bears, to be given to a young child. Just for good measure, we throw in a child’s book, too . . . it’s never too early to learn how to read. Of course, we include some good old-fashioned competition, as teams attempt to outscore their opponents, in a truly heartwarming battle for the gold!

Available as a hybrid experience, we’ll send each “at home” participant a complete kit with all of the necessary supplies, including instructions and postage to mail the finished products to the charity recipient. This allows all members of a team to “work together” to create joy for young children.
