PRESERVING OUR WILDLIFE

Have you ever driven down a road, seen an injured animal, and wondered what happens next, or how you could help? Our wildlife, nature’s most glorious creatures, are often at risk from human activity. But, there are organizations whose sole purpose is to assist and rehabilitate these injured critters, and Preserving Our Wildlife is your opportunity to get involved. This socially responsible experience poses lighthearted competition for your participants, in an effort to earn supplies to stuff ABCs (Animal Bags of Care) for injured wildlife. Communication, collaboration, and creativity are all required, as teams attempt to outscore their opponents in order to earn the winning title and take home the gold medals. Our experience architects designed this program in collaboration with the not-for-profit C.R.O.W. (Clinic for the Rehabilitation of Wildlife), “a teaching hospital and visitor education center dedicated to saving wildlife through state-of-the-art veterinary care, research, education, and conservation medicine,” based in Sanibel Island, Florida. Each year, C.R.O.W. cares for more than 5,000 wildlife patients including more than 200 species of sick, injured, and orphaned wildlife in its veterinary hospital, which is one of the nation’s leading rehabilitation facilities for native and migratory wildlife.
